Terms of Service

By creating an INCONI account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

INCONI is a free personal bookkeeping tool. You record what you spend, earn, move between your own wallets, and lend to or borrow from friends. The app adds it up and shows you the result.

INCONI is not a bank, a payment processor, an accountant or a licensed financial adviser. It does not move money, hold funds or connect to your bank. Nothing in the app is financial, tax or legal advice.

• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.
• One person, one account. Do not share credentials.
• You must give a working email address, because account recovery depends on it.
• You must be at least 16 years old.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful.
• Attempt to access another user's data, or probe, scan or overload the service.
• Automate requests in a way that degrades the service for other people.
• Resell or rebrand the service as your own.

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules or that puts the service or other users at risk.

A debt shared between two INCONI users is a record of what you two agreed, nothing more. It is not a contract, it is not enforceable by us, and we take no part in any dispute between you. Both parties can see the shared debt and its history.

Every figure in INCONI comes from what you entered. Exchange rates come from a third-party provider and are indicative, not dealing rates. Check anything that matters against your bank or your accountant before acting on it.

The service is provided as-is and as-available, with no uptime guarantee. It is a free service run by one person: maintenance windows, outages and occasional bugs are part of the deal. Export your data periodically if you need a copy you control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INCONI and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You can stop using INCONI at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@inconi.app. We may discontinue the service; if that happens we will give notice with enough time to export your data.

These terms may change. Material changes update the date at the top of this page and are noted in the changelog. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
